Pre-book Tickets:

Conveniently save time and effort by reserving tickets in advance for popular tourist spots in the city.

Upon arrival

Consult the property map on the back of your guestroom door to locate fire exits and stairways.

Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and alarm pull stations on your floor.

Find the "Off" button on your air conditioner. Turning off the air conditioner can prevent smoke from entering your room in case of a fire.

Security Procedures

Always use the deadbolt to lock your door for added safety.

Secure your door with the additional safety latch for increased security.

Admittance

Verify the identification of unfamiliar individuals before granting them access to your room.

If uncertain about a person's identity, contact the front desk for assistance.

Keep your room keys secure and never leave them inside the room or on the door.

Do not share your keys with strangers. Leave your keys at the front desk before heading out.

In Case Of Fire

Stay calm and avoid panicking.

Activate the nearest fire alarm.

If possible, close your door.

Contact the front desk and inform the service team about the situation.

Evacuate your room and the hotel premises promptly. Keep your room key accessible at all times.

In Case of Smoke

Use a damp towel folded into a triangle to cover your nose and mouth.

Contact the front desk for assistance and inform the service team.

Crawl towards the door.

Check the doorknob's temperature:

If it feels cool, gently open it and exit with your room key.

If it feels hot, do not open the door. Wait for the service team's assistance.

If the hallway is smoke-free, proceed to the emergency exit stairs.

If it's filled with smoke, return to your room for further guidance.

In Case of Tornado or Severe Weather

When the city’s Civil Defense Sirens are activated, the hotel's fire alarm system will also alert the guests.

The guests will have to evacuate to the lowest floor as per protocol.

The hotel staff are available to assist you, and the hotel administration will communicate the updates by phone or via room visits.

COVID-19 Protocols

Our hotel strictly adheres to our brand regulations and the state COVID-19 protocols.

The guests are requested to wear masks in public areas like the lobby and observe social distancing, in spaces like the breakfast area.
